  • perhaps it’s the fact that we basically achived military dominance and got complacent, although now with China rising in power and making more threatening movements, we are seeing more motivation to fund research, including the passage of the Endless Frontier Act Can we trust government to direct innovation properly for us? Is there a decentralized alternative, perhaps with daos?
