Context

For my initial offer, I was offered the following 3 choices:

1. 115k
2. 120k
3. 125k

I negotiated option 2 up in equity and I was given XXX shares at the very beginning.

In December of 2020, I received a 8.3% raise to 130k and an additional stock refresher of YYY with a 1 year cliff.

Other Data points

I have talked to a few other Codans about their compensation but the company likes to keep a tight lip
